"This place is well kept, compared to other companies. Nance S. who works there is very knowledgeable about the units and the rules on if you need to leave or let go of your space. She is always there for the office hours and always answers the phone. If you stop by the office and she is not in, that's because she is walking the hallways checking and cleaning the hallway floors and any vacated units. My Aunt didn't want her units and I helped to clean them out and just when I thought there was no end to the stuff I was clearing, Nance was doing her rounds and took time out of her busy day to chat with me and basically gave me pep talk. Which kept me going. Life Storage has an incredible person!!! Life Storage should take time of there day to recognize Nance S. and that's why I did the same. THANK YOU NANCE!!!!!!!!!"

Pack rat no showed with our pod and our movers were coming in three hours. We literally had no place to go. We drove to life storage and Tara found us two units within a matter of minutes. Myself and my girlfriend were so nervous because we had no place to put an entire house worth of furniture & personal belongings.We are so thankful to life storage and Tara Gates.
