I reserved online, and did not realize that the advertised price is promotional, and goes up significantly after 3 months (this info is at the end of the lengthy contract). The staff was very accommodating when I requested my money back. However, when he pointed out that I could lock into the advertised price by paying several months in advance (and renew before the 6 months is up) that made me reconsider, and I ended up getting the locker after all. I am more than pleased with the service that I received today, and that the staff was willing to go over all of the information with me again in person. He was very nice to work with today.
