"Hey Tracy! Thank you SO much for going out of the way calling around to find me a more suitable unit even though you had one available in the size I needed as well and for changing the reservation to a third location lol. You were the greatest!~
Merry Christmas
Nancy C"

"I brought my son in 6/4/21 and a wonderful soul with her name beginning with a M was so nice and offered us and help that she could even a bottle of water as it was such a hot day. Your company has a great person in her . Nice to still see customer service!!❤️"
"How these folks manage to receive 4.5 star rating is beyond my comprehension. Before I continue, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use their facility, not unless you want your belongings completely destroyed and covered in rat piss & poop. I rented one of the large units here on the 2nd floor and in LESS than 6 months, DESTROYED!
Mind you, I have TWO units at Life Storage on Cheyenne that I've had more than a year now and NOTHING, not even a dropping. When I recently cleared out one of the units there, I didn't even have to sweep up.
So getting back to my nightmare of a storage on Tenaya. When I first noticed some rat activity was after a month in. I went to the storage to retrieve a box and noticed they went through a few boxes of office supplies. I quickly reached out to Life Storage on Tenaya and they responded promptly. They thanked me for getting in touch, as they were recently made AWARE from OTHER customers reporting the SAME issues & apologized for the inconvenience. But here's the kicker, they wanted to resolve the issue by sending someone to sweep up the droppings and give me dust covers to cover up the damaged boxes. But then again, this was only a MONTH in so I honestly thought if they're taking it this lightly it must not be a problem. WRONG!!!
This unit housed most of my bulk household items. So bed mattresses, dressers, entertainment center, a sectional couch, patio furniture, etc.. With the few cardboard boxes I had, we packed with blankets, curtains, pillows, etc.. NOTHING that we packed should have attracted the amount of rat activity we experienced. Even the moving company we hired to help us retrieve everything from our storage unit said in all their years they've NEVER seen a rat infestation as bad as this. We even SAW a few of them running across the beams while we were retrieving our belongings.
Just to clean the unit PROPERLY so we could just be DONE with this place we had to follow CDC safety guidelines. We had to disinfect and sanitize each section to avoid exposure to what rat piss & poop carry. Now moving in general is stressful, but to deal with THIS! It was an EXHAUSTING process to say the least. EVERYTHING from this storage (that wasn't destroyed) had to be cleaned and sanitized BEFORE I was even able to bring it into our new place. It took OVER A MONTH of painstaking, breaking your back, going through everything with a fine tooth comb to make sure it was free & clear and SAFE to bring into the house. That's insanity!
I WILL NEVER, EVER use their facility ever again and I urge anyone who is considering it to find something else! Aside from their rodent infestation, within a few months after the pandemic hit the U.S. we received notification that the rent was being increased due to greater demand in the area. So let's hike up the rent as unemployment was on the rise, evictions were happening across NV, so let's take advantage of the vulnerable!?! AND they take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for damages due to rodent, acts of God (yes it says that), etc.. YOU as the customer are SOLELY responsible. NEVER thought I'd even have to worry about that, but lessen learned.
Read your lease THOROUGHLY and ASK QUESTIONS prior to signing ANYTHING. Especially the "Release of Owner/Manager Liability for Property Damage" section."
"I've had my things stored in this place for over six months. I've come to the storage about two or three times since then. There was no problem. But when I picked up my things last week, I saw that rat, not a mouse, has thrown into chewed into most of my boxes and also a lot of my things. Chew through plastics, through hard plastics, and some wooden things as well as much of my paperwork. The attendant says that it's because I had a candy wrapper down there. Well my candy wrapper didn't call them into your storage building. They had to have already been there. How are they getting in? She said I may not have a claim because she saw candy wrappers. I think that's absurd. I don't advise anyone to use this place, only at your own risk. They need an exterminator but it sounds as if they are blaming the client and not the fact that they have a problem that needs addressing."
"I rented from them in 2018. I dealt with Carol who goes by the name Carrie. Then at the end, right before I moved, Carol and Tracy. The storage unit was nice and clean. A few weeks later they sent me and everyone else a letter that they were going to change locks and doors. The letter said if I wanted to be there when they went to my unit I could make arrangements. When I called that day I got the letter to do just that, Carol became angry and said they have cameras they will be using and everything would be fine and I would have nothing to worry about. Then she started to say they could not make a time and I would have to wait all day. I insisted that I be there on that day when they opened my unit. She did everything she could to talk me out of it and the day I went down she became very agitated and verbally abusive. Along with another person named Tracy. When I went up there to the floor my unit was on, before they changed the locks, I noticed my lock was in a different hole and items were moved in my unit. When I got my belongings out a few days later, she flipped me off. All of this is recorded on my phone. Overall their storage units are good, but the people are highly sketchy and beyond rude and will never have my business. They act like you have to rent from them. Maybe they should remember people have a choice, it's not like I had to give you my business. Later, I had remembered when I bought the lock upon signing the contract it was a lock she took out of the drawer but no packaging. I asked Uhaul who also rents storage units and they said none of it sounded right, especially wanting access to my unit when I wasn't there. Why send a letter to let people know and get mad if they say yes, they do want to be there. Especially when I told them I would come on their time. Uhaul said thats why people have storage, to keep their property safe. They don't go in unless there was dire emergency like a fire. More recently, I made the mistake of renting from a different Life Storage in late 2020. There are way too many other units to rent from if the need arises someday. I put Life Storage is in the storage unit hall of shame. Never again! I would rent a barn to store my belongings before I would ever deal with this company again. It felt so good to get out of there. And to top it off, I was a very good paying customer. This is how ignorant in business they are. Last thing, when I got my stuff out of storage, a lady and her daughter who were there said they had a bad vibe from the person at the front office, Carrie, and something else sketchy that I don't recall. I doubt all their nice reviews are from customers, maybe a few friends or even other Life Storage personnel?"
"Carrie & Tracy wereso helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. Great customer service.
These girls know there jobs, and do them with enthusiasm."
"I'm currently renting a unit with these wonderful people and honestly from the beginning they go above and beyond. Everyone is so genuine and ready to help in any little thing. Personally I thank them for being amazing people. The units are all clean, common areas disinfected daily, I trust my things with them. And will continue to do so"
"We have been at this storage location since we moved to Vegas in 2017. They are fantastic, their facility is always clean, we never have problems Accra the facility when we need to. Both gals in the office is always so friendly & helpful, they always go above & beyond. We extremely thankful that they are close to home for us as well. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs."
"Excellent customer service. They had everything ready for me to sign and I was out in 10 minutes. I figured it would take me days to find a place to store my car for a few months however to my surprise I found Life Storage on the first call. Amazing! They made my life so much easier and one thing less to worry about."
"I called and was helped by Carrie. She went above and beyond in helping me find a storage unit that best fit me, as well as check availability at other locations. She invited me into her location to look at storage sizing. Once I stopped into store she helped me rent a unit. She has such a nice and welcoming person. Please give this lady a raise she deserves it for all her outstanding work!"
"Just rented a storage space, everything was nice and clean and presentable with easy access. Carrie Long is the associate manager and she was very professional, courteous and thorough. Very good location for storage, that's near my business."
"Tracy, at 3900 N. Tenaya life storage helped us with our rental. Tracy was awesome and amazing, she went above and beyond to help. She had excellent customer service skills, answered all of our questions and then some. She took the time to walk us through and made sure we got the proper space we needed for our storage. I would recommend Tracy for a promotion, raise and or any incentives that may come with this job. I would recommend this life storage to any and everyone.
Thank you Tracy, keep up the great work!!!
God bless you and your family"
"Tracy and Carrie are two awesome people! They were Amazing at helping me get things situated with my move from state to state. They walked me through the process and also let the driver of my pod know where to place the pod when I wasn’t able to make it on time. Everything was so stressful until I met them. I am honestly speaking, they are really truly amazing people. I want to say they are heaven sent cause they made me feel so much better when I got to their office. One less stress less venture done! God bless you ladies!!!"
"Tracy is amazing. She showed up the perfect unit for the perfect price. She is very friendly and offered me and my mother water because it is well over 105 degrees outside today. But anywho she got us in and out and she was very informative and professional. Great job Tracy."
"The young lady who took care of me at this facility was very knowledgeable of the company and very very friendly. She deserves to be recognized for the work she does."
"Staff is nice BUT.....Since we have obtained a space here, We HAVE NOTICED RAT DROPPINGS IN THE HALLWAYS of this facility the last 3 visits in May and June of 2020!!!! It is the Facility's Obligation to keep the rodents out where people keep their valuable stuff. We were told this place is kept free of Rodents so please make sure you do that."
"I Highly recommend life storage. Everybody here was very helpful polite and considerate. Will definitely refer friends and family to thIs storage facility."
