I've used Life Storage on Fyler to store our kid's school spiritwear products for many years, and love the staff support and the clean and safe environment. I find the site easy to access and easy to get items in and out of storage. The staff who support the site are always eager to help and super nice to work with. I had some unforeseen problems arise that had to do with our vehicles that are being stored at the facility. What first stood out to me is, I was greeted by the most pleasant man when I first entered the gate to the storage facility. He was kind, considerate, and eager to help. I told him about what I was dealing with, and I was really very stressed. And immediately he made me feel much calmer and came up with solutions and acted on my request immediately. Service isn't what it used to be so I asked him his name. His name is Clay. he was the most pleasant part of my day. Which started out pretty rough. With a bit of kindness, and with a service oriented attitude, someone can make the world of difference to their clients. And I as a business owner really appreciate Clay. Sincerely, Jeannie Trejo
