LifeStoage is a typical private equity acquisition and this particular location resembles that of Hotel California, you can check in but never leave. Their business model is dependent on malfunctioning elevators , broken gates, and other “acts of god” that make it difficult, if not impossible to reclaim any items you wish to extract from your unit. In addition, you’ll enjoy rent increases during your stay, a dismissive attitude from staff iand a rather obvious disinvestment in facility infrastructure. So long LS, I hope that your corporate homage to PT Barnum is not a sustainable business model going forward.

I had a storage space at Life Storage Rock Hill for 12 months. I definitely recommend this place. It was kept clean, temperature controlled, bug free, and didn’t smell. Even when I was unpacking my things they didn’t have a smell to them. Tanya (the store manager) is very friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, and accommodating. She was great to work with!

The building is spacious and easy to navigate. There is extra care in making sure everything is clean around the entire property! Tanya, the manager, is personable, present and extremely helpful! Best storage I have used in the country!
