"Why arrogance and really bad aptitude? Why they do not cooperate with the corporate as a representative on the property? They are like bipolar. They may be going to retaliate for this comment here. I rented a 10x25 and found that it is a 10x22, when I asked her about the remaining feet of 10x25 she said that it is what it is and it is the closest measurement. I replied that the closest measurement is 10x20. she answered me take it or leave. that is, 3' x 10' are 30' that I pay for without having them for my use. Why don't they give me another small space to cover the remaining feet? I am 63 years old with physical conditions and I cannot move or move due to health conditions."
"The guy Joey is AWESOME!! He helps you with anything and answers your questions. There is 24/7 access with a code to enter once you sign up for a storage unit. I have been a customer since March 2022 and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever!! I highly recommend this storage facility for your storage needs!"

"Go anywhere else but here, I had rented a unit for 6 years. With payments Escalating up to 152.00 a month. If you are ever late they charge you 20.00. I moved out 11 days after paying a full month and they do NOT reimburse for vacating early. You also have to spend 20.00
on one of their locks that you can't use anywhere else. Never ever again. And had I known I would have gone some where else. How ever they do tell you that if you leave anything in the unit, you will be charged for its removal."
"Great place but the prices are so expensive. I'm legally disabled and not all my belongings didn't fit in a step down for the largest. I've never paid 260.00 for a unit that size. I paid half. I give 5 stars to Ginny and her efficiency and organized way of dealing with all aspects of the business. It's tough knowing that a smaller unit is almost 200.00. I left a message with the number I thought was local but it transferred to customer service. I was never offered one of their trucks??? I didn't realize they had that option? A-Z movers , who my brother who evicted his own sister, are the Absolute WORST! My brother as at the house the day before and did a walk through. I put notes on everything. He stated" yes we put your pictures and mirrors in a very box designed for those. I said it 4-5 times, please put small totes up front. Instead they put everything small including my clothes all the way in the back, and left a coach sitting outside snd an exercise bike. I can't thank Ginny enough for putting it in a spot where it's protected. That's beyond kind and showed me what a big heart she has. If money wasn't an issue, it's an Excellent place and Very Secure. She's extremely clean and organized. That leaves the person leaving objects that have memories and meaning behind them. I owe you a Big bottle of champagne soon! The condo sold but the movers left many of my items there?? Thank god realtor.com popped in my email, and saw my tables and curtains and coffee makers on the counters?? Is that a full move??? Thank you Life storage, to the customer service, to Ginny. I tried to delete the bad review, but it won't allow me to??? Ignore that everyone! It wasn't her fault, it was the MOVERS, A toZ! Don't ever hire them. My only other move was with Bert Hill and half the cost. Go to anyone but them. Full safety at Life storage!!!!"
"I want to say I wanted to speak about what happened on the move in day. I was wrong to take it out on you, for how those movers my brother hired treated me. I honestly did ask about the storage spot that man cleared out , while I was watching the movers. I was told you only had the small closet size,, around the front near the office door. I've been through such stress with this move. All I wanted was the heavy items put in first, but they were saying very nasty things to me. You are very organized and efficient, and that made me feel safe being there. I'm doing my best to find a way to find the extra money for that space. I am legally disabled due to my back and a defect in my hip. I was told that 25 years ago, and believe me disability gives people barely enough to survive. I truly appreciate you not getting rid of the couch. The sentimental value is priceless. I can't thank You enough. I would like to talk it out, and I did try to delete the comment. It won't allow me to??? I had severe pain and trouble breathing and went to theER. I'll call and keep you updated.Thank you ms. D!!!"
"Miss Davis was paid a day before. She's definitely NOT a people person. The movers she told me " tend to slack off and break if you leave. She advised me to be there to watch. One major items which should go in first was tried to be put in last. All bulky items should start in the Back! I saw4 different men either putting things in their existing storage units, and one was medium to small. He said" , its emptied ". I asked if I could get that, and she said, " it's Not Available ". I just watched her put a light welcome bag inside an empty unit, which I would have paid for. She said she would throw it out if I wasn't back by 3:30 because she was closing the facility. I asked for assistance for the lock and she rolled her eyes and showed me and then pushed into me and broke my cell. I've NEVER broken a cell phone. The unit was dirty when I saw it Monday, and she said", I'll clean it out". It wasn't done. This couch my father had custom made for my mother was left outside. She and I could have put it in the office. I was calling so many movers but all were booked but said by Friday we can. I called the corporate office, explained everything and taped her, when she was showing me how to use a lock I've never used. I was videotaping it so no future problems, but it picked up her tone and saying I will throw it in the trash. It would take 3 people to lift it! I've never broken a cell EVER! I brought it to Apple and they stated", it's not the protector, the glass is broken ". Her and A-Z movers were responsible for me ending up in the ER and I suffered a heart attack. Unbelievable!"
"Don't get a unit against the retaining wall. They will tell you dust might blow in which is true, what they won't tell you is the mice own that side of the complex. Ruined a ton of stuff. Also the main woman there will tell you one thing one day and literally yell at you the next as if she forgot. Safe place though"
"A friend needed storage on short notice. Life storage was able to accommodate and gave the first month free. He got a climate controlled interior unit. The property was clean. My only complaint would be that the access road to the unit was very tight and we could not fit the truck past a small car that was unloading. It took about 15 mins to get to the unit once we were inside as we had to wait for the other person to come out and move there vehicle."
"They increase prices with no notice. A year ago we paid $287 and they have increased to $313. No reason at all. We will probably move our stuff to another location."

When I called they said there is nothing they can do. The staff members also always park their golf cart in front of my storage unit. So every time I go, I can’t get into my unit and have to go to the office to ask them to move it. So I went to the office Saturday and the girl that was working was not wearing a mask, it made me very uncomfortable. I brought up the golf cart issue and she said there isn’t really anything she can do. (Yes there is, park the golf cart across from the office and not in front of paying customers storage units). Update: I tried calling today to speak to the manager “Ginny Davis” according to the business card the girl gave me on Saturday. The girl that answered said she is the manager and was the one who I talked to Saturday. Not once did she mention that she was the manger when I asked for the managers business card. She wouldn’t give me the contact info to speak to the manager above her. So this manager was not wearing a mask around customers in the middle of COVID and said she can’t really do anything about the golf cart. This is not only terrible customer service but the staff is putting their customers health at risk by refusing to follow CDC guidelines regarding wearing masks. Unbelievable!!! Don’t go here!"

"I first started looking around at storage units recently when I purchased a motorcycle and this place was a gem. It has almost 5 stars and there's a good reason for it! Everyone that works here is super nice and respectful and the price of the unit to store my motorcycle was cheaper to get a stand alone unit than you have most places store it in a warehouse! I only need to store my bike for the winter but if i needed a unit for longer I'd definitely keep going to this place."

"Scam, bad service with attitude. Made reservation and had my wife go and pay as I was out of town. Attendant on duty told her I had to be there to do this. But no worries just have him come down next week at anytime and he can do it than. I went there and was told your reservation expired and the cost has now gone up $30.00 a month on a small unit...All the while snapping her gum, with a I do not care attitude. I was told that this would be honored and just come down...Well not the case..The attendant that waited on my wife was there and saying nothing....Her reasoning was it is the computer and nothing I can do. WHAT!!! your guy next to you said it was good to come down anytime next week..They do not take CC over the internet. They will not take a CC to hold anything. Another thing to watch out for is they do not tell you that there is a $25.00 Insurance charge a month that is mandatory. This too is not part of the published price....Beware of this place!!!
But they will tell you it is all good just to get you there and raise the price...Stay away from this scam they have going on there!!"
