Easy set up and great service

I recently ended a two-year period using this particular Ashland storage facility, and I must say, for a storage place- the experience was great! As someone new to using 3rd party storage, I was thoroughly impressed with the helpfulness of the staff from the very beginning! Their supplies came in handy and their boxes proved to be significantly better than Home Depot. Who would have guessed moving and storage boxes have a quality component? What stood out to me was the cleanliness of the entire facility, including the common areas (even restroom). Each associate I interacted with was incredibly professional. A special mention goes to the new staff (Craig, I think), whose courtesy and professionalism over the phone and in-person made my last interactions as I moved out as smooth as possible. Despite it being 'just a storage place,' the quality of service made a significant impact. It's important to acknowledge good service, and I highly recommend this facility to anyone considering storage options. Even though I've relocated and no longer need storage services, if I ever do, this place will definitely be my first choice. Kudos to the team for maintaining high standards through transitions and name changes.

The structures are well-built and the location is great. However, the high price forced us to move to a different location.

I’ve been very pleased with the storage units, a godsend for me when downsizing from a house to an apartment for quick solution to my overflow. Clean, easily accessible. I wish there was Wi-Fi, there isn’t, which makes communications a black hole while working inside. It’d be nice to face time family members for responses of “do you want this”, while standing and looking at items. Also, streaming music would be lovely while working. There are motion detection lights in units and in halls that have become “harder to trigger” as of late which can be challenging. And the number of rolling carts, which had been plentiful, have dramatically and mysteriously decreased, which has caused real hardships when none available on two occasions for me. But all in all, staff helpful and friendly, and a safe feel to units at any hour.

This storage facility is in such a great location for me. I always find the exterior and interior to be clean and well lite. The staff is helpful and professional. The only negative is the cost but this is the case for many storage providers. The prices continue to go up.
