I attempted to sign up online but there's a serious bug in the online system that, according to my bank, was recognizing my expiration date as the security code. Nothing worked. BUT, the manager of this location got everything going quickly and perfectly. She had a wonderful, helpful, attitude and made sure that everything was right. Our "move-in" went off without a problem. Very happy."

Clean and bright entrance. Very clean bathroom. Over all if your looking for a Temperature controlled storage facility I would most definitely recommend life storage in Topsham. You get what you pay for and this place is worth it."

"Very good storage facility - options, accessibility, and cleanliness were very good; I had various kinds of items stored in a unit for a little over 3 years and never once had a problem or concern with the climate and condition of the facility. The staff were always very helpful and courteous - not intrusive, nor were they apathetic. My only con would be the regular (seemed to be every six months the last year) increase notices - it just became too expensive and there seemed no end to the increases. I lodged a formal complain after a small oops with my billing. Haven't heard a word. Living overseas, Mail typically takes 2-3 months to reach me and my local number won't reach me. It was a fluke that I got the message and my property wasn't seized and sold. The folks in Topsham I give an A, people in HQ, regional manager I give an F. I know nothing will come of this which is a shame because with a small tweak, I would happily endorse the business. Shame."
