"Efficient and friendly service every step of the way. One thing to know ahead of time is they require you to have insurance on the stuff in your unit. The online portal doesn't display this as part of the total when you sign up, but you'll need to get it somehow. Your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy probably covers it. If you don't have insurance, you could probably get a minimal Lemonade policy ahead of time and save money over the insurance policy they offer at the counter."

"I was fortunate enough to be helped by the wonderful Anabelle-she certainly went above and beyond! I was not aware that the business closes for lunch from 1-2pm and I showed up at five to one with a truck I had only rented for an hour. Luckily, Anabelle, was kind enough to stay through part of her lunch break to take care of me. The other thing I was unaware of was that they charge a mandatory insurance fee. So what I thought would be a $60 rental turned into $90. I was a little disappointed with the price since it was not what I anticipated, but it is still cheaper than the other storage units I looked at. Also, the whole place seems really well maintained. The customer service was truly top-notch; Anabelle was awesome!"
