This is my first time leasing a storage unit, and I must say I’m glad I went with this company! I called and spoke to a customer service representative, I wish I remembered her name because she was so sweet and incredibly helpful! She explained how things work and the emails I would review after the call ended which relived a lot of my anxiety about it all. Once that was completed, I got a call from the Site Manager Jimmy. He was so kind and walked me thought the app, how to navigate the building, and so much more. Someone needs to give this man a raise, if it weren’t for his call I know I would’ve ran into a lot of stress trying to figure it out. Jimmy, if you see this, you rock! Keep up the good work, I can’t express enough how much I appreciate that call! 10/10 recommend leasing at this location!

The manager is very professional and gets you the info you need right away. The place is clean. The whole procedure to rent and the stop renting is so hassle-free compared to other storage companies we’ve used.
