I have a unit at this location my monthly fee went up and wasn’t sure why. I went into the office and spoke with Desi and Michelle they explained everything to me. Great customer is really hard to find these days.

The on site customer service representative was incredibly patient and friendly. With all the in person customers and multiple phone calls it appeared to be a busy day given it was the day after July 4th, but she remained positive and helpful to everyone. A couple years ago I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to call and no one was on site so it was very nice to finally have someone there that also provided great service!
