When I m made my reservation about 10 days ago with Laticia, I reserved a 10x10 indoors for $76.00. When I came to start my rental Derrick th indoor 10x10 was $101.00 or 110.00 & only the outdoor 10x10 was 71.00, that was very disappointing ??

Recently, my family ran into a bit of constraint which impacted payment. The Storage Manager Ben has been extremely understanding and flexible. Although not usual practice and policy- Ben was able to waive fees which was significant and brought down the cost. Not quite sure what he did to make it happen…but my family and I are extremely grateful. Thanks Ben.
