Easy process! Very great customer service. I was offered two additional dollies to place my items in the space purchased. Space was clean. But due to the size of my truck it was very TIGHT to maneuver, customer service came through again and opened the gate so that we could have a little more space to move big truck so thoughtful. Very pleased at the experience especially being a first time customer.
