I want to say how great it was to be able to pick up the phone and ask questions to a real person! The customer service was outstanding both at the facility where I am storing things but also, I had questions on the customer website portal, and the customer service representative gave great service too! Keep hiring outstanding individuals, it does increase your brand.

This storage place went through three ownership changes in the time we were renting the unit, which was maybe over the course of 4 years. We rented a climate controlled unit. It was clean, the elevators were always functional. The unit itself was great and the facility was in good shape. My issue came with all the cost increases. We went from paying less than $100 a month, to the last cost increase up to $223. At that point, we decided to find something cheaper. I was told that this isn't uncommon, the practice of jacking up the rental fees. But it's like the death of a thousand paper cuts - it's annoying and time-consuming to move your stuff, so you put up with the cost increases to a point. I think they capitalize on our tendency to avoid change. It's crummy.

I just rented a locker recently and the experience so far has been very good. I was pleasantly surprised that the lock was included. The staff is nice and courteous. The locker was clean the perfect size. So far so good.
