"This place suffers from a lack of maintenance. It is a area that is windy and the facility takes no action to remove the silt buildup in front of the units. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if the seals on the bottom of the doors were actually functional. They are so completely deteriorated and rusty not only do they let sand into the unit, they dump sand all over you when the door is lifted up. The manager says the replacements are "on back order". Based on the level deterioration the seals must be on back order for years. All my stuff is completely covered in silt. Not a happy customer and feel the need to warn others. This place is cheaper than most places for a reason."

"We've had a storage unit at this facility for more than 20 years (it was Country Club Storage prior to becoming Life Storage). We've come to know the manager, Stephanie who took over when Life Storage bought out CCS. My wife was really happy when she recently called and found out Stephanie was still there. Stephanie is very professional over the phone and in person and makes you feel like you're her only customer (she has a great personality too - something that's lacking in a lot of businesses these days). We would not look anywhere else for a storage unit as long as Stephanie is at this location! Thanks Stephanie."

"My 200+/- bottles of wine have been stored here for several years. A consistent and cool temperature is the primary reason to store wine in a facility like this. In the past 2 weeks I have visited the wine storage twice. First time the temp was 61 and today it was 67-68 degrees F. The manager stated the policy is for a steady 56 degrees F. The temperature was also high in March 2020 so this business is failing at its key purpose. “Waiting on parts” for a chiller unit is the explanation I was given. Outdoor high temps are currently 85F... I wonder how high the storage temp got this past summer? Update...3 days after the previous review I check on my wine and the AC repair guys are there. One tells me " we've been here a couple hours trying to find the leak in the system". Temperature seems elevated..warmer at the back of the room near locker #1. This is not good; at least 2 weeks without proper temp control."
