Was at Life Storage for over 10 years. Had to finally move because the cost kept going up, up. James the store manager was very helpful in assisting us with the move and he worked it so we got a partial refund since we moved out prior to the end of the month. James showed me the space I requested I had measurement requirements, I was unsure about the measurements of the unit. James understanding mentioned that they had a different style that would take away my problem. He was courteous, thurough and professional.
