Since the lifestorage buyout my satisfaction rate has gone from 75% satisfactory, I believe I'll give it to you the 25 if they threw in a continental breakfast. To be honest it's a storage place you keep your stuff there. I visit my unit quite a lot  my stuff there so go figure. All my outdoor stuff that doesn't fit into my life at the moment. But as of now it's definitely 25 ti the negative. It all started about a year ago and definitely after CoV. Come on man., I can't wash my hands there never seems to be soap in the can. Someone needs to push a dust mop down the hallway people make mess happen and not always on purpose. But the bathroom needs soap, HAND-SOAP! "This is my first time using a storage unit for my belongings and I've been really impressed so far with Life Storage. I made my original reservation online (I encourage anyone to look for online deals, which is what I used to get a lower price on the larger unit that I needed) and their agents almost immediately called me to confirm my reservation and check on my needs. I filled out most of the information online so that once I arrived it was a pretty easy process to look at the unit and finish a few last steps. I also purchased a lock and insurance plan with the company (both are needed - just FYI for first timers. It was an additional $12/month for the insurance, at least for my unit). The facility itself is really nice. It seems really clean and well cared for - which I appreciate. I like that the units are accessible from the inside and that after you've input your code you can just drive your car right into the secured facility. They also have carts available to help move your belongings and have moving vans available for rent (discounted for your first two weeks)."
