My last storage unit at CubeSmart, Mesa was infested by rats while I was out of state and I was not told. Everything was destroyed. This site is the anti-thesis. It is sparkling clean & immaculate. It's the nicest property I've ever been to. The surrounding area is a beautifully landscaped corporate office park & the 101 Loop, (a main Phoenix Valley Fwy), takes you directly here. Staff is the best. Clean designer-type restrooms. Very well lit. You can drive right into the facility & easily load/unload. Hours of access, 6A-10P are perfect. Plenty of carts available. Excellent places to grab food nearby. Prices are very reasonable for so much that you get, here! Other renters are kind & considerate. Have found absolutely no negatives so far. Five Stars!

So far I absolutely LOVE this facility! It’s SO clean, has restrooms available, icy cold drinking fountains, all climate controlled, plenty of dolly carts to use, and there’s this garage style access to back in your vehicles/moving trucks so you can unload inside in about 80ish degrees instead of Arizona’s 100+ degree days. As a woman with a child, it feels so much safer unloading inside this garage with many cameras. The garage and door can also be controlled via Bluetooth from your phone so you don’t have to get out to enter in any codes. I didn’t have to talk to anyone either - just signed up online, they texted me my unit number and gate code, the lock was already inside the unit for us to use ($20). This specific location at 101 & Raintree is perfect location right off the freeway as well. Would definitely pick this facility for storage again - never going back to a dirty Public Storage facility!

We had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit at this facility! The Manager (Victoria Bradford) gave us superb service as she was very professional, competent, and polite! She completed our rental agreement, showed us the unit, issued keys, and patiently answered any questions that we had. She was efficient, accurate, and remained friendly during the process. The facility, office, and our unit were all clean and attractive. It was our pleasure to deal with Victoria and feel that she represents the company in the best possible manner!
