"This is my first time renting a storage unit. My home is being renovated in March so I decided to get a jump on starting the moving process and after doing some research I decided to rent w/ LifeStorage. I was able to do the entire rental process online, I viewed the available spaces, compared the cost & once I choose the best space for my needs I was able to complete the rental process seamlessly all online, once that was completed and I made the payment all I had to do was drive to the storage facility and pick up my welcome packet and keys, and that part was even more impressive. I was helped by the store manager who’s name was Brandon and he was so helpful and informative. He showed me where my unit was, where to park for unloading, and they even have these great carts by the loading doors for you to use when hauling loads back and forth. The entire facility is spotless, they have great security and the space is very well lit so if you have to do any back and forth after dark it doesn’t feel sketchy. I have yet to move anything into my unit, that starts tomorrow but I wanted to write a review just based on how impressed I was w/ the fantastic customer service I received from Brandon, the store manager, and w/ the ease w/ which I was able to go thru the rental process. I just wanted to take a minute to say how pleased I was and how confident I feel that my property will be safe and well stored during the time I’m using the Life Storage facilities. That peace of mind is something I really appreciate. I would highly recommend anyone looking to store there belongings give this location and Brandon a call, they will get you taken care of.
