I had an absolutely wonderful experience. When I got to the gate for the first time, I use the app to access, my son and I drove down looking for my storage unit and all of a sudden a guy (I believe his name was Dave, maybe Dan) came riding up on a cart . He called me by my name, introduced himself, welcomed my son, and I and had us follow him to my unit. He then got out to showed us how to use the lock etc . It was easy peezy….such a pleasurable experience. Great Customer Service Keep it up! Thanks Dan and God Bless you!
