The representative was outstanding and very knowledgeable and professional ! The ONLY thing I especially didn't care for, was the online quote of $22 monthly, then only to be advised upon arrival, that this was only be a three month special, and that my rate would increase Substantially after those 3 months, which will most likely cause me to terminate any further rental with your company !! Kind of a Delayed Bait and Switch..I would call it !! Very SLIMY band underhanded tactics in the part of corporate.m.nothing to do with the local franchise owner !! He was MAGNIFICENT ;!??????

I was saved by Life Storage from a very bad experience at another Storage Company. I used Life Storage in Lake Worth Florida which is a new phenomenal facility. In any event...Mark Dodds at Life Storage was amazing. He knew I was very upset after a 5 hour drive to relocate. Mark talked me back to calm, and then immediately provided the top notch customer service I expected. Kudos to Life Storage for remembering that we are the customers and this is not a free service. The person there mark was so helpful and nice. He helped me we all my needs and im not an easy person as he tell you stories. He offered me water when needed and i have to say the water is delicious as he kept telling me. Go there and he help you out.
