A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

So on August 21st I called in to make a payment over the phone but with a customer service rep from the location at which I store my thing is it headed to the rap that I will be moving out in the month of September the rest of the payment she never informed me indicator or be indicated that an order for me not to accumulate a bill for the month of September but I needed to move out either 5 days prior or on actually the first of September upon me return it to the unit today to inform them that it was empty and clear because they were closed on Sunday and Monday because of it being a holiday she told me that I had a payment due of $198 because that would include."
"I've been here for several years but I'm trying to get out ASAP. What a dump! Garbage everywhere, including down the storage lanes. Trash just strewn through the indoor parking area. Loved the big pile of garbage underneath the "No Dumping" sign. Imagine the rodents must be loving this. I had some mouse damage a few years ago here did some significant damage but their insurance deductible was so high there was no point in trying to make a claim."

"I had to consolidate two units into one. One was my sons who had passed recently and I had to move the items in the unit to that of his moms who had passed shortly before him. After getting everything out we had come upon a very heavy item that I believe to be a crated motor that we couldnt move as it was so heavy.
Being the end of the month, we wanted to close up but it was May 31st and we had to leave the motor an extra day to figure out what we needed to do. Not only did Life Storage give us time to work it out, when I went in to tell them we were into a new month, the attendant on duty, Keanna, went out with me to see what was going on.
Not only did she say we can do this, she grabbed a cart and helped me physically move the item to the other unit. I am very grateful that Keanna went the extra mile to help me move that item from one unit to the other!

I had to return some mattress covers I didn't use and my refund took almost a month due to her mistake of not processing the return. When I talked to her she was rude, yelling, she kept cutting me off and made it seem like it was my fault that the money was not returning to my account. "2 commercial vehicles vandalized and broken into on 2 separate occassions, at Green Bay location. Staff takes no responsibility and offers no assistance in apprehending perpetrators....surveillance cameras are seemingly there just for show. Not sure when this started or why, but they have been leaving the security gate open all day for at least several months. This obviously adds to the likelihood of vandalism and theft. They are charging for secure storage, and offer anything but. Staff is also not around during posted office hours....lights out and doors locked. I suspect that's why they leave the gate open....so that they don't have to keep someone onsite to manage entry issues. Very poor management and false claims of secured storage. If I could give zero stars, I would."
