Zero stars is no bathroom available unless someone is in the office- which isn’t staffed from open to close. Listen to your staff: install a coded lock for us to use. Also, heat could be above 60 degrees, but it’s better than outdoor storage."

Unfortunately the website said free rental within 14 days of move in but, turns out this location doesn't have trucks anymore. So that was disappointing. Sheila helped us with all the information and getting started. She's just Awesome. 10/10 will recommend. (Just please fix the website, it's a bit misleading to be honest)"

"The facility used to be maintained very well. Brittany and Wes were great facility managers. They were very helpful and kind. Now that it has changed to Life storage, it seems to be very dirty. I hope this does not cause further problems with pests etc. Disappointing!"

"This place is terrible. They are never open. Nobody ever answers the phone when you call. My. My lock was changed I had to wait a whole weekend because no one was coming into this store. Even though my bill was paid. I called the Milwaukee downtown location and they were very helpful to me however they couldn't do anything about the lock change. Today the system to unlock the door was not working and of course no one was in the office.. No one would answer the phone.. They have the worst customer service yet when they want their money you better have it."

I really need to downsize my unit by getting rid of more items so I can keep only the neccessary items. I have sold some items on FB Market, but that process is moving too slow."
