I was more than pleased with the attention I received! Heather, was very patient and receptive to my needs and my concerns. She even took the time to place an identifier on my storage keys so I would not get them mixed up with another of the same type. My experience could not have been more pleasant and stress-free. Life Storage in Franklin is the best I’ve ever used. You can actually drive into the building to load and unload, which is great if there’s inclement weather. The units are clean and no sign of vermin, bugs, etc.. Recommended!
