I usually do not write reviews but feel that people can treat you a certain way and we are suppose to just take their in excusable behavior. I have decided these really get the attention of Business's and hopefully something will change for the better. I had gone in to speak with the facility about renting storage. The person who i spoke with seemed put out that he had to answer my questions and spoke to me in a negative way. I then asked if they had a map of the open units which they pulled out a book with the layout of the facility and pointed to a couple of the units. I asked if we could see them and the response was "if we have to". I said yes i would like. Their response was ill have to lock up and take you. So we went to go look at the units and the employee made another comment of "the look like every other storage unit" in a condescending tone. We then looked at one then i wanted to go to the other and their answer was "The other unit is like this but a little deeper." upon returning to the office i had asked if i could have a map of the facility if so when picking a unit i can see where and how close the 2 units might be to one another as i was not planning at that moment to rent a unit the answer was "NO" i then asked if i was to rent via the internet does it allow me to choose my unit thats available answer was "you get first available" so then i asked if i came in could i choose them close to one another and pick which ones i would like again answer was "NO first available" I have not rented a storage unit in like 20 years so either things have changed or this person was not interested in truly accommodating my rental needs. As i got handed their business card, the title of person was BRIAN -STORE MANAGER. The reasons for my questioning were mainly because i just found out i have severe arthritis in my hip awaiting surgery and for good reason but also was for making my ease of access as simple as possible. Even though this person was apparently put off by my what i thought were very simple questions, i felt that the storage company had great offerings and this person was just a small hurdle to get past to what I needed. After reading through the reviews I hope the company honors the rates and doesn't pull the old bait and switch. I normally would have looked the other way and found another company to do business with since being a business owner myself of 30+ years I understand the value of being respectful( regardless) and endorsing great customer service skills. So my decision to do business with them and upon my return to get my units his attitude has changed since my last visit and I was renting units, he must have not remembered me from the time before I'm guessing, but still can hear a small tone in his voice. Luckily its a short rental time period nor do I think I will have to contend with him along the way until I move out. Definitely feel that he could use some additional customer service and attitude training if the Corporation offers it.

This facility is high security and is run very well. Easy access and always very clean. Great prices on units.

Reservation and signing up for a unit was very easy. Bryan was kind and answered all my questions.

The associate that helped me was filling in for another coworker and was so kind and helpful! Plus he ended up saving me a lot of money on a unit so I'm very grateful for his help today.

VERY VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL

The manager was very accommodating with my request to preview the unit. And the paperwork, contract, insurance were all very reasonable and quick to finish the transaction. Clean and tidy environment with easy to access location.

I am updating my review because they now have someone in the office again who is taking care of the facility and providing good customer service. A year ago I gave this place 1 star because that was as low as I could give but now they have stepped up the quality of the management by hiring Brian. He gets 5 stars. The facility itself still needs a little work, I do not believe that this is his fault, but that is why I did not rank it at 5. I think he may need more help or maybe the main headquarters needs to be more responsive when things get broken - like the gates or the building doors. I think it is a very large facility for one person to manage but Brian is extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. The cleaning has also been greatly improved so kudos to the cleaning people! They will get 5 stars when the head office starts fixing entry doors, code pads and the gates immediately, not a week or two down the road.

Had a wonderful experience. Brian was very helpful showed us to storage units one was 10 by 5 and the other one was 10 by 10. Me and my husband decided to go with the 10 by 10. Brian made this transaction go very smoothly and answered all of our questions
