Just to clarify, James has been nothing short of a Rock Star since he’s come on board earlier this year! Without question he’s been pleasant and kind; nothing like it was previously with the management prior to his arrival. No one WANTS to pay their bills late! We’re all grown adults, no need for constant reminding me of the legalities of my not so stellar financial situation. Matter of fact, I just realized that I don’t dread having to stop by the office; it just doesn’t seem so scary anymore! James always has a smile and a friendly “hi, how’s your day going?” He genuinely seems to care about the people that chose to make Extra Space there little home away from home, even if it’s just for a brief time, he’s definitely a great addition and a keeper in my book! Thanks James for going that Extra Storage mile for your customers! As long as I need storage space, I know where I feel comfortable, safe & my belongings are secure & in capable hands! Definitely get my recommendation!

Life Storage in Auburn gave me the best service and experience yet working with Storage Unit companies. I was with Public Storage in Federal Way, WA, and after several times being treated like a criminal (I had been a six year LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMER), I had enough. They close way too early and then had the nerve to tell me that I was responsible for paying for the entire month of April because I left on April 1st! Never again with Public Storage!!! However, the minute I walked in to Life Storage, Carter and Rob greeted with AWESOME service and offered a really great rate for my storage unit. I will store my boat, truck and household goods at Life Storage of Auburn, WA!!! Thank GOD FOR COMPANIES WHO STILL KNOW THE MEANING AND VALUE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
