"Nani was excellent! We suffered an apartment complex fire, walked into life storage and didn't have much expectations of customer service. To our delight, Nani was so professional and helpful despite our lack of knowledge of our own needs. She wrote down a list of units and prices we might need and had us touring within 5 minutes of entering the office. She made the entire experience super fast and absolutely not one hiccup or headache. We even had time to chat and bond during the whole process because her ability to multitask was top notch. Prices of the storage was more than fair, facilities are heated and very secure. Key code needed to enter the gates, and the same key code is needed to enter the inner buildings, which are heated and very clean. They have large trolleys and large elevators for convenience. They have security cameras that show on monitors inside the office so clients can physically see that they have security measures in place to protect our property which I really appreciate. Overall, best customer service we have experienced during one of the hardest weeks of our life. Thank you Nani, you made a hard day a little easier."
