We really appreciate him! The only complaint I have is we aren’t able to take our RV out the big gate after hours because it is locked and it’s a tight squeeze for our rig to leave out the front. Other than that, I do feel pleased with Life Storage."

"For the year I rented a unit, the team running the facility were excellent at answering every question that I had, being understanding of the unique situation that I was in, and even let my four-year-old daughter use the restroom on multiple occasions (whether it was actually an emergency or she just wanted to see inside and wash her hands). Doug in particular was a pleasure to deal with as well as another female employee with short hair who's name I didn't get. I appreciate Life Storage and the team that runs the Kauffman facility, thanks for the great experience."
