It was amazing wonderful experience with Josh. He made me think of the company culture and it must be great place to work for. Hands down the BEST storage in the DMV area! I initially needed a unit to house my things while away on business, chose a 5x15 which was exactly what I needed! The unit was clean and the property well maintained. The gate code ensures that not just anyone can enter and the locks they provide (for a small fee) are really Secure!! Another added level of security! I also ended up needing a garage to house my car. Unfortunately the phone rep from their call center sold me on a unit that ended up being WAY too small for my car. But Luckily, Josh was able to secure a 10x 20 that fit my car perfectly! What a life saver! Both the gentleman working there are extremely professional and really went above to make sure I was properly set up for my long term rental! Even going the extra mile to make sure the gate code worked before I left, which was helpful because the first time we tried it, it didn’t work! And a Lock tutorial! Btw, the one for the car garage is secure! Awesome experience and would definitely recommend Life Storage over any other!
