"Trailer stolen… I rented an outdoor parking spot at this facility for a few years where I kept a 12 foot landscape trailer. On September 21st of 2021 I was out of town and received a phone call asking if I had moved my trailer. I was informed that it was gone, so the police were notified. When I asked if the surveillance camera footage could be reviewed I was informed by the facility staff that the cameras were down the night of the theft. How convenient… My trailer was equipped with a hitch lock and a 1/2 inch cable ran through both wheels and locked around the axle. I had bought it brand new for about $1,600 in 2017. Now it has to be replaced. Be leery of theft and “non-working” cameras when it happens…"

"5 stars for violet. 1 star forr assistant Hello corporate My stay was brief here of about 2 month but violet made me feel welcomed and she was informative. When I come by and the other girl Ethel is here she does not know nothing. Was told several times 'I don't know' about questions and when I move out I wantd a printed move out confirmation and again she say "I am new I don't know how to do" hope this gets fixxed!!!! Much frustrating!!!!!!!!!"
