The Black Friday deal was pretty epic and so was the one employee I saw throughout my few months as a customer, but the fact that mice or rats got into my storage and pooped everywhere was pretty awful. I lost some belongings due to the poop being all over my unit. I hoped that choosing an indoor temp controlled unit would've been safer but that was not the case.
