"I have dealt with storage facilities several times in the past but this was my first time renting one in my name. I reserved my unit online and followed up for the details with Michelle who answered the phone promptly with a friendly voice. It took a minute for the system to get the reservation to her but she was kind and helpful the whole way. She gave me the information needed to come in and finalize my rental and even informed me of their discounted moving supplies to save me money. When we arrived, TJ and Michelle greeted us with a smile. TJ took us to our unit which was exactly what we were looking for. He was incredibly friendly and professional with a great sense of humor. He provided a lot of info on what's recommended or not when storing. When we got back, we finished our paper work with Michelle and were in and out within 20 minutes. TJ, Michelle and the rest of the crew have made each experience in their store sincetop notch! I have mostly dealt with them but every employee I have encountered there has been a pleasure to work with. They always have a smile when you walk in the door and have great customer service. I've never enjoyed coming to a storage facility before now. It can be stressful finding a place you trust but this team has been honest from the get go about any questions we've had. TJ and Michelle always have a helpful tip for a seamless experience and good vibes to top it off. This isn't your run of the mill storage facility. There's always someone onsite so they actually care about your property, personally, with several security features in place. They are just all around great people who make you feel like family. They are gems and really add value to this company. This is my storage place from now on and I'm more than happy to tell all my family and friends about how they've taken such great care of us and our property. "Great place to store your extras! When I first started renting, the entry keypad was rough to get through (especially mid-day with the sun shining on it) but when I went to clear out my unit I see that they have replaced it with a much nicer keypad interface that could easily be read even mid-day. I stored my equipment for a closed business there for 8 months and had no bug or water issues. Access outside of business hours was super easy and the vacate process was simple. Would definitely rent with them again."

"My furniture and car was delivered today without a problem. Rick the store manager was very helpful, as this is the first time I have used a self storage unit, I needed a little guidance. The building layout made it easier for the driver to access the unit.  I feel my belongings are safe at your facility, especially since I didn't lock the unit properly and Rick let me know, before I left, how to properly secure the door."
