A 5x5 storage space is the size of a small walk-in closet. It holds one piece of furniture with a narrow footprint, tall narrow items like lamps, and 6-8 boxes.
A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

"Horrible place to do business. Life Storage bought out the previous owner and sent message via e-mail that I owe them payment. It appeared as spam and went to my spam folder.
As a truck driver I do not have time to investigate until I am on days off. Called them and they blamed prevoius owner for not sending details of the sale. They said my payment is three days overdue and would not consider waiving the late fee.
I will be spending next days off moving to U-Haul next door. The extra few dollars a month will be worth the customer service."

"I sold my house and needed a large storage unit. I called all the storage units that popped up on my google search. They all were crazy expensive and some REQUIRED insurance. I passed Sunny's and thought I would give them a call. I spoke with Heather, very nice person and their prices are incredibly reasonable. So reasonable I thought the facilities would be subpar, but I was wrong. Very clean, lots of security cameras and they had a 10x15 for LESS that 10x10 at other facilities. Why would anyone use any other storage facility is beyond me."
