Chase, the facility manager was very professional and kind. Most patience and understanding attendance. He observed me waiting for my daughter and got concerned after an hour and asked me if I was OK. He was able to assist me by making me feel comfortable and suggested an affordable storage for me as a resolution. I really appreciate his caring and kind nature. I'm an event planner and needed to store big props and didn't really want to rent storage but it made sense to do so. He made me see how it was a better choice. Thank you Chase for lighten my load....smile!

I have been using Life Storage (Extra Space) for two years. I haven needed much assistance, but today I called with an issue thati had with my online payment. I spoke with Amanda, and honestly I wasn’t sure how the conversation would go, but Amanda was professional, polite, and took care of my issue quickly. It’s hard to experience good customer service these days, and I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved that she listened to my issue, and happily fixed it. Thank you, Amanda!

The rental process was smooth and thorough. Corey was friendly and professional. He explained everything clearly, took me to inspect the unit, and answered all my questions. Overall great experience. Update: I no longer needed storage services and move out was just as smooth as moving in. I highly recommend this storage location and will definitely use them again in the future.

My best experience yet dealing with Storage companies , the easiest process I’ve ever had in renting a Storage unit. Chase was excellent. He knew his business and he didn’t mind showing me the space and taking time to make sure I understood the process ,the payments and the move out and everything that is involved.
