I just had an amazing experience at Life Storage/Extra Space Storage. Mayela de Lujan was extremely helpful and nice to work with! I had never rented before and she was very detailed about what I needed to do. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent space.

Only used life storage/extra space storage for a few months but it was a much better experience than public storage. They always had carts available for use, the elevators moved at a reasonable speed and I didn’t have to enter a code of use an app every time I needed to get out or use the elevator to go up and down, like at the public storages that I’ve used in the past. Rates were reasonable but I suggest getting locked into a longer term rate if you can. It’s an industry standard to raise rates after the intro rate expires so don’t get caught lacking.
