"We used this storage facility for a month during my son's transition from one house to another during his attendance at A&M University. I cannot express how pleased we were with the service we received from Hope. She is exceptionally helpful and kind. Their prices are fair and they charge for the time of usage, unlike all the others in the area we looked into that charge beginning the first of the month regardless of when you move in, and for another full month when you move out after the first of the month, but within a 30 day period. This facility actually allow an extra 5 days without additional charge. Super clean place too. We highly recommend this facility!"

"Life storage has always been my first choice for a storage company, ever since I started using their services in 2018. Their prices are good and give you month to month leases (so no worries on having to do a contract), multiple options for store sizes, choices on climate or non climate control, great store and storage hours, and  at some locations options of upper level options. I have used them in 3 locations in the state is Texas, Dallas, Houston , and now in College Station. I have to most definitely give a shout out to the hard working store manager Ms. Hope (college station location). Not only is she a hard worker and went over and beyond to help me get situated with my new storage unit! Even under a internet power outage for over 6 hours, she still managed to handle business and help me get settled. 5 stars to her because she's AWESOME! Overall I highly recommend using Life Storage!"

"I chose Life Storage due to proximity (and availability) to the location where I was going to be moving to. Vehicle access was challenging since the driveway is not circular - vehicles have to make a tight turn at the end to be able to get back out. This is especially challenging with large vehicles and even when other customers are there. Overall, it served its purpose."

"If I could give no stars, I would. They recently repaired a roof leak, but did not replace the wet insulation between the unit and the roof. The 5x5 rental unit I paid $85 per month, sight unseen, my fault, was full of black mold and obviously not repaired. I am sure they replaced the roof, but you can't expect people to pay for "climate" controlled, moldy storage. They desk clerk was very sweet and said she would refund my money once she contacted her manager. The manager refunded 5 days out if 30. Not acceptable for the condition of the space. I would not recommend. In fact, I would recommend removing anything you have stored at Life Storage. Poor management and bad business"
