January 23, 2023"I have been a customer at this Life Storage location for over 2 years. The location is always clean and Safe. The Staff have always been respectful, professional and friendly. On a recent visit of 1/14/23, I somehow lost my phone. Someone found it and dropped it off with the Manager, Doreen telling her the approximate booth location they found the phone. To my surprise and delight, Doreen was able to use that information, and their rental records to investigate and determine the cell number of the phone, and the Ownership of the phone. I hadn't even realized my loss, when my wife's phone rang and she was told they had found my phone, for me to come and get it. Who knew someone was on the lookout! Great Vigilance and initiative! Thank you, Doreen! I strongly recommend this storage location."
