Wonderful experience!!!. Michelle is very knowledgable, caring, and super friendly. She walked me through the process, had a ready explanation for all of my questions. She also asked if I needed materials for the storage move. Of course I did, I totally had the wrong lock. Happy she asked otherwise it would have been so bad for me. A storage unit with no lock. Gee Wiz, that would have been a Mega Stress situation!! I felt so comfortable with her, she has such a winning personality. I'm so very happy I chose this location. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Michelle the representative that assisted me upon arrival at the storage site. I must say it was joy to me her in person. Prior to my going to the sure I had to call to ask a question and it just so happen to have been Michelle that answered the call. I was glad have the opportunity to meet her and see that she had the same pleasant and very help personality in person just as on the phone. I decided to go take care of my storage and I really want to go. It was a very dreary rainy day. However, it was very nice to be greeted with such a ray of sunshine found in the big smile I received when being greeted by Michelle. I greatly appreciate it, Michelle, because good customer service is key with me, it goes a long way. So Life Storage, please know that Michelle represented your company well today. Thank you.

Called the 800# to reserve a couple of storage areas. Spoke with someone nice called Jacob who let me know about the free month being offered. You still pay the admin fee, insurance (if applicable) and are charged for their locks, but still a great deal. I like that you put your credit card information in on your phone’s keypad. It also gives you an option to make that your default card. I got a call within the hour from Michelle who works at the location I chose. She reminded me the paperwork needed to be completed. She also reminded me I had 24-hours to get it done, but there was absolutely no pressure, just a friendly reminder. When I completed my paperwork online, I noticed the units weren’t side by side as promised. I called Michelle back to explain that the units needed to be next to each other. No problem whatsoever. Amazing customer service. I was in and out with corrected contracts signed in about 5 minutes. The units were clean with a fresh lock inside with the side of the package pre-split for easy opening. Close, convenient, a free month and OUTSTANDING customer service. Ask for Michelle, but it sounds like everyone who works there delivers!
