"I honestly have nothing but nice things to say about this specific life storage faciltiy! I had a unit at the crystal falls life storage for about a year and a half. Their facilities were always clean, their staff was always happy to help answer any questions you had and their pricing is lower then most! Tonya and Kimberly were there almost every time I would go to work on my unit. They were always kind, professional and helpful. Honestly they made my expirence their easy and a lot less stressful given the circumstances. (who likes to have a storage unit?) I have had units at other life storage facilities and my expire does not even compare. Tonya and Kimberly should be doing the training across the board because they know how to run their facility like a well oiled machine, their facilities are always clean and they are skilled professionals when it comes to costumer service. Ps...I saw other reviews regarding not being able to get through on the phones and I have never had an issue. Quite frankly the calls were always answered or I left a voicemail and was called back within the hour."

They may have sold the company to another business but they failed to inform their patrons. Do not do business with this company. There's a good chance you'll be ripped off. Unable to contact them and they do not return any calls. Absolutely worst service I've ever had regarding storage. Buyer beware. ~ Steve B"
