This is a thanks to Kathleen Crane at Extra Space (formerly Life Storage) at 5214 Honbarrier Dr, Greenville, SC for her help in my transition from a larger to smaller storage unit. She worked with me to find the vacancy and then coordinate the move date. Extra Space has a needed larger unit and I saved some money - and all without a hitch (pun intended, because only hand trucks needed for the move).Winners all around. LOVE my unit !!! especially the fact that it's temperature controlled & the security gate (just knowing my things are SAFE) & to top it off, when life shows up, the staff (Ms. Kathleen) has much compassion & understanding, will go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of !!! I've had a lot of storage units in my time, but this one here is the absolute best experience I've ever had, thanks firstly to Kathleen Cane, and secondly to Ashley. Kathleen is such a wonderful person and communicates with you every step of the way! I would give this Pelham Road facility 15 stars if I could. The price is very reasonable, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is awesome, the units are clean and climate controlled, and the site it is very easy to maneuver trailers, etc., and is convenient to I-85.
