There was no hassle in renting or returning the van. You can also use it when you move out for a minimal fee. "I had a fabulous experience renting a one-way 10-foot truck at this location. (This stands out as the best u-haul rental I have ever had). The gentleman that helped me, explained several things about the truck, I may not have realized; resulted in better gas milage (since not towing) and peace of mind locking the roll gate. They also had plastic chair/mattress covers very reasonable, and several lock choices. It was a fantastic experience. (Plus, got to hear a really wonderful MUSC childrens story! Big heart!!)"

In fact, I have storage locations MUCH closer to my house that would be more convenient to my home, but I CHOOSE to stay here because of the facility and service. James runs a tight ship. The place is always clean, they always answer the phone, they always have accurate office hours, the carts are always returned to the storefront, and the bathrooms are always clean. It's easy to tell when management cares about their business and James takes pride in doing things the right way. Similarly, James' support staff is great.
