"Angered beyond words.
We are renting two large storage units to store our household goods while we were buying/renovating a home. Everything was packed up and put into the units by our movers.
Our stuff was locked in there for 2 years and after finally finishing our renovation we went to open the units and start to move our stuff but when I tell you it had been infested by rodents, rats and some other large animal I mean destroyed. Tops and sides of cardboard boxes, shredded feces and urine on everything. It is so bad that we are having to trailer over boxes a little at a time so we can go through them outdoors and see what we can salvage. Many items are ruined and will have to be tossed.
Over the 2 years we have had the units there have been many rate increases and we are paying close to $500 per month for the 2 units. For that amount of money I would expect our goods to be safe.
Rent at your own risk, as they clearly are not controlling their animal problem and your items will be ruined storing here for an extended amount of time."

"raise rates all the time, the owners are not helpfull they screw you over, i was renting there for over a year and a half. i asked them several times change my payment date to the first because im a disabled veteran and get paid once a month , i called left messages and emails and never got help or a reply. each month by the 4th day they kept raising my rent 15 dollars because i was late with my payment . so each month i had to pay an extra 15 dollar fee for being late because i didn't get paid untill after my payment date. they have easily screwed me out of 90 dollars or more."
