"I took an outside storage unit in 2014 . When I finally moved it out I was surprised to see how well everything held up. Kristen (the store manager) was extremely helpful, as well as organized and concerned. I checked on the unit one day and inadvertently locked it incorrectly. "Really love the location we're at. The UB in Warwick was very poorly designed and difficult to get in and out of. If I were to make 2 comments they'd be that the main entrance was at a different level than the street causing a big bump when entering or leaving. This is tough when carrying a full load in or out. The same comment on the entrance to the main building. The sloping sidewalk doesn't allow for easy rolling of loaded carts in and out of unit when your vehicle is parked at sidewalk.
