They were able to answer all of my questions and made sure I had all the information I needed before fully deciding what my storage needs truly were. "So my experience was amazingly easy compared to the worst experience I had with uhaul just the week prior...I want to share my story because James from Life Storage never knew me before the day I came in and treated me like family from day one...I had a bad experience with a uhaul rental on broad in Lansdale where they sell party rentals and just to make it short,never rent from uhaul where they have you sign a contract that says you can't sue them in court no matter what they do to you...Soo glad I listened to my family members who use Life Storage ...I called like two days before I needed them and they were very easy to book online, over the phone and in person...All 3 I used for communication with Life Storage and all 3 times I got the best customer service...They walked me through what storage size was best for my needs and when I wanted to chose the one that was the best price they didn't try to talk me into a higher rate...The gentleman over the phone booked me right away and said I can pay either online or at the Storage unit itself since James is an onsite manager there 24/7,which I thought was great and rare...So the day before, I checked to see if my storage was in fact ready and booked, and it was just as promised with no credit card needed and I got the free month as well,even when the rep booked me over the phone!!!...Now the day of was a Sunday and they were open until 4pm and James was the friendliest,easiest,most understanding customer service rep I ever worked with...He never knew my problems at all but allowed me to get the truck with no issues,no upfront pay, which for me was a blessing (they give you free use of it I might add with 20 free miles when you get a storage there..Wow a 14ft truck FREE + Free 1st Month,So Awesome!!!) He never gave me any problems,never questioned me once about anything...I signed 2 forms that were 1 page each and they were real copies that I received in my hand and not online...He allowed me to use my own lock that one of my family members had from a prior rental here...I can't say enough about this so easy to book storage facility, that mind you is so clean,quiet,easy to access and plenty of space...James is very helpful,patient and considerate...And Toni was also very kind,helpful and considerate with all my needs as well and I wish uhaul could get a lesson from them both and Life Storage itself...The name says it all... So glad my Mom,sister and brother chose them,now I am part of the Life storage family and I'm happy to say I'm so relieved to be a lifer!!!! P.S. "My sister started renting a storage unit in this Life Storage location in May, and today was my first day to visit and I was very impressed! It's located on Cowpath Road a good location 5 minutes away from where we live, even if that part of Cowpath can get crowded at times. The storage building is located a bit off the road behind a gate where only those with a passcode linked to their storage unit can get in, and then there are a few entrances around the building. The storage halls are very clean and neat and the units are a decent size too! And at only $160 a month its great!! If I ever need a storage unit to store some of my extra stuff, I'll be sure to check out Life Storage!!"
