"Overall, a great place for local storage needs. Traci and Mike were extremely helpful and professional. I used the facility for about 15 months and found the interactions, responsiveness and customer service to be top notch. The only reason for not giving "5 stars" was the issue with a significant mice infestation. Even though I was in the indoor/climate controlled section, it appears that another renter kept perishable items in his/her unit. Sadly, this ended up ruining a good amount of my stuff. Not sure there was much else Mike and Traci could have done (they replied to my concern immediately and follow-up with an incident report) but nonetheless, a non-pleasant experience."
