Roger is very friendly guy and very helpful. Great service, great hours of access, great price. Able to drive right up to the unit. I’ve had several storage units throughout the years and this took less time to set up then expected…even while having a lovely conversation. Thanks Roger!

My experiences with this public storage facility was very good. I had no problems what-so-ever. Roger was the person I dealt with. He was very professional, and helpful. I felt he was genuine and cared about his job. He is a good listener, and a very nice person to talk to. I feel he is a great access to the company. It was a pleasure working with him.

I'm moving from Denver to Portland and reached out to Life Storage to see if they allow moving trailers to be delivered to their property. I spoke with Roger on the phone and he let me know that unfortunately his location doesn't allow other moving companies to drop off trailers. However, he went above and beyond to try and help me find another Life Storage or Extra Space Storage in the area that could accommodate my moving trailer. While I was not able to ultimately go with Life Storage, Roger's excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. If I ever need a storage unit once I move to Portland he'll be the first one I reach out to.
