Amazing! I had to put some items in storage and the store manager is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful spirit, kind and understanding. My moving experience was nothing short of great, due to her kind nature and treating me with care during a very crazy time! She deserves more than 5 stars!! I would n't safe have my belonging any other place my stuff been at your storage for 5 yrs and never had problem other than being forgetful on my part but it's a great place the workers are the best thanks for everything

I changed from another storage company because the on-site management was eliminated and I witnessed the property rapidly decline. I selected Life Storage in Durham because the management was welcoming and proficient. The management at Life Storage in Durham is a delight, customer focused and responsive. I enjoy interacting with them in an age of when customer service is no longer a priority makes this facility stands out.
