The good: the staff at this Life Storage are all really helpful, nice, and professional, the facility is clean and well-run, and there were always lots of carts/dollies available. The bad: Extra Space Storage (which owns Life Storage) will raise your rates a few months after you lease a unit. You may or may not get written notice of this, and your lease basically gives them the right to change (ie, raise) your rent at any time. My understanding is these pricing decisions are made at the corporate level; the staff at this facility don’t control pricing. Trinella was very helpful in trying to get me a rent reduction after my rate literally doubled three months after I started renting a unit there. I really appreciate her help, but wish the pricing increases weren’t so high in the first place.

I recently utilized the services of Life Storage, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings were in good hands. Ms. Trinella, at Life Storage was incredibly helpful and accommodating, answering all of my questions and assisting me throughout the rental process. Her professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience stress-free. Additionally, the convenience of their hours, makes entering my storage unit at anytime a huge plus, especially during busy periods when I need to retrieve my items.
