Ms. Vida is/was so beautiful with her patience in explaining everything about the service. I'm so super glad I came to this location. It's close to my son school and we'll use for his summer break.. I originally called the customer service line to inquire about the size of the unit and was offered to book over the phone. It was stated that one month would be free. The consultant did not notify me of the new price due to her setting my storage up over the phone. The next day I looked on the app to notice a different price than what I was quoted online. I contacted customer service, and they notified Miss Vida to contact me. Miss Vida called me, notifying me that she received my message and she would look into it. I was contacted by Miss Vida, and she had in fact, got me the rate that I was originally quoted. She was very pleasant with the transaction and understanding shout out to Miss Vida!!!!!
