Went to this location on 04/12/24 minutes before they close for the day thinking they'd send me away to come back next day. I was extremely surprised to meet Goetzhen in the office and she was willing to show me defferent storage spaces past the working hours. She was motivated and very proffesional. I rented a storage space that same day just because of her great customer care.

The people working in the office are very professional. The rates are reasonable as well. The only issue I have which is why I didn’t leave 5 stars is the cleanliness of the climate controlled area. The elevator especially. It could use a nice deep cleaning. As well as the area in front of the elevator near the window. Bugs everywhere. I’ll take photos next time and include them with this review. I was so turned off that I totally forgot.

Storage is acceptable. Room enough in the lot for med-large vehicles to get in and out. I like the layout. I don't like that the units are only accessible between 6am -10pm. That's good for 2/3 of the population not for the rest of us that work and live during the dark hours and sleep during the day. Ive used the unit for a few years. The price has consistently risen. To where it's not quite worth it (FOR ME)

Great place for storage needs!! The manager is super helpful. I use the storage for work. When supplies come to my storage unit without notification from the delivery company, she always steps up to help with the shipment!! Can’t say that about every where. I would highly recommend this place.
